cyclic development, incremental development, rapid prototyping).

Strong knowledge of current technology trends, potential for the application of current and emerging technology solutions to meet customer requirements.

Knowledge of the Agency's IT management processes, procedures and tools.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve both technical and non-technical issues.

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to prepare briefings that clearly convey technical issues to non-technical senior managers.

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and non-technical issues (e.

g.

systems, networks, computer operations, cover issues etc).

Strong experience with IV&V testing.

Experience in automated test methodologies/processes like Selenium.
