Demonstrated expertise in the application of structured engineering methodologies for solving technical problems, performing system maintenance and planning technology products.

Demonstrated expertise supporting the installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows clients and servers.

Familiarity with Windows server administration.

Familiarity supporting server technologies including, but not limited to Apache Web Server, Microsoft Internet Information Server, or Apache Tomcat.

Demonstrated proficiency supporting the installation and configuration of server and workstation hardware platforms.

Applied experience supporting browser-based access to interactive content via plug-ins including, but not limited to Acrobat Reader, Flash Player, Shockwave Player, QuickTime Player, Real Player, etc.

Ability to move and handle equipment weighing 75 lbs.
