Understanding and experience with web service technologies (SOAP/WSDL, REST) as well as XSLT, Subversion, jUnit.

Understanding of software security and certificate handling (SSL).

Advanced SQL, relational database experience (Oracle, mySQL).

Implementation of Flex, Ruby presentation layers.

Implementation of JMS based solutions a plus.

Experience with Wiki (website) for technical documentation.
